Doubts occur frequently in sentences with negations. 3.a.
* Do not come Paco and Maria Lucia. (bad)
Will eat or not? To find the transform to the affirmative:
3.b. Come Paco, Lucia and Mary. (Good)
It follows that the commas are good:
3.c. Paco will not come, neither Lucia nor Mary. (Good)
